We had a wonderful reunion visit with good motorhome friends Jean & Rod Bahnson. They are in the area getting some dental work done in Mexico, and we had the pleasure of their company on Monday afternoon. They brought some much better weather with them, so we were able to sit outside for awhile catching up on all the happenings since we saw them last in Quartzsite Arizona this past January. After a filling meal of Spinach Salad, Garlic Bread and my "special" Spaghetti (If I told you the secret then I would have to .... you, well maybe not cause most of you already know the secret anyway!) - we all enjoyed several games of Pegs & Jokers. We won't speak of the scores - just know that we all had a great time enjoying each other's company for the evening.
As you can see from this picture, our weather is getting back to being beautiful. Still a little wind, but nothing like a couple days ago! This is the same view as I posted on Sunday March 22 - here we can actually see our beautiful foothills!

That wind you had caught up with us yesterday. As we left Teacumcari it was coming straight out of the west so it was pushing us. About 120 miles from home it moved to being from the south and we thought we were going to lose our awnings. Made it home about an hour later than planned since I had to slow way down. Glad you had a good visit with Rod & Jean.
