Monday November 16 the painting finally gets underway after finishing up a small amount of trim and caulking that needed to be completed. The wind did not cooperate too well today, so no spraying - just rolling of the paint. In spite of being slowed down, this crew managed to get almost all of the open flat surfaces completed! Now the detail finish work begins.
Today was a perfect for spraying the paint - no wind, low humidity and nice temps! The garage door took some extra time - to get into the grooves of each panel, but these guys made it look so easy! The walk-in door had to be removed from the frame and all the hardware taken off before it got sprayed. Then they installed the Security Screen Door just like the one we have on the other building. Lots of detail work today! Stuff really is easier to do when you know what you are doing - it took Andy and I a whole day to install the Security Screen Door on the RV Accessory building - these guys had this one installed in about 20 minutes!
The Roofer returned to finish up the deck and stairs with the Elastomeric color coat.

Here we sit at the end of the day on Wednesday November 18. There has been a lot of progress the last couple days. Today, November 19 - we have absolutely no action! The Finish people can't work today because they aren't allowed on the deck until tomorrow and most of their remaining work is up there. Same with the Electrician. The only people who could work today would be the Roofers to install the tile on the front slope - guess they are busy somewhere else! Tomorrow is another day.....
