Delivery of the lumber was scheduled for 0630 - they actually arrived at 0700. It was still pretty dark at 0630 and not real light at 0700. The Framers arrived before the lumber could be unloaded!
This is the same Framing Contractor that did our Garage/Storage building last October. They are good and we are very glad to have them back!
The day begins with more demolition!
The walls are up before noon.

The roof goes on - at least the first layer.
More demolition.
The Pocket door is removed, the Washer/Dryer is out of the room - ready for more demolition tomorrow.
End of the day - we almost have a new room. The Framers will return tomorrow at 0730 and should mostly complete the rough framing. When they get started everything goes pretty fast.
