Moving Day ... once again....

After almost a month of fun in the Bend/LaPine area of Central Oregon, it is time for us to venture onward. We made the trek 158 miles across the Willamette Pass on Oregon 58 from LaPine to Coburg Oregon. The scenery was beautiful with still lots more snow on the mountains! We arrived in Coburg hoping for a camping spot at either "Camp Cummins" or "Camp Monaco" - Camp Monaco was quite full and Camp Cummins was absolutely empty! Shocked, we decided to pull into Camp Cummins and check it out. No problem, power is good, water is good and we don't need the dump for at least a few days - - - so, we are encamped for the duration all by our lonesone (wonderful!). Our appointment for service is 0800 Monday morning, so tomorrow is a free day for us. I am sure there will be more company by tomorrow afternoon. Plans are to stay here until at least Thursday morning, maybe a day or two more - we will play that by ear. The weather here is quite warmer and more humid than Central Oregon. We are at a lower altitude and the humidity is higher - still 80 degrees should be wonderful. We are just spoiled since we almost froze the last week or so - this is just a shock that we will get used to soon! Our next destination will be the Pacific Coast and we will likely go back to freezing with the dampness - oh well, Life is an Adventure - right?
