The name of the tour we are on is called "The Grand Circle".
We have 18 rigs in our group - 16 customer rigs, 1 WagonMaster and 1 TailGunner. We are a mixed bunch, with 12 motorhomes (5 diesel I think), 3 Fifth-Wheels, 2 Travel Trailers and 1 Camper. We also have 5 dogs and 5 cats along. 6 of the customers are "first timers" - this being their first Adventure Caravan's event - 1 on #11, 1 on #9, 1 on #8, 2 on #5, 1 on #4, 1 on #3, and 3 on #2. 6 rigs are registered in California, 3 in Michigan, and 1 in each of Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Virginia, Arizona, New Jersey, Florida, Texas and Ontario Canada.
We started this morning with a very delicious breakfast of "Omelets in a bag"! This afternoon we will enjoy an Ice Cream Social with more orientation and information. Tonight we will have our Welcome Dinner with games to follow. Not bad for the first day! Unfortunately we are in Utah - so the usual Wine and Beer have been left out! (Boo Hoo!!!)
I will try to post every day that I can get a signal to the Internet. This tour will be deep in the middle of Utah (basically middle of nowhere)for most of the first two weeks. It is unknown whether or not the Verizon Network has found this part of the world yet! We will see...... We will be here in St. George until the morning of the 5th, so check back for updates and pictures.
